fantastic stay experience
easy accessexcellent staffcharming interiorwardrobe space
the location was great shops restaurants gardens and museums surrounded me taxis and transfers had easy access. staff were excellent they helped book transfers printed boarding passes and were very accommodating. my beautiful double room was very nice and included all necessities it had a very charming interior.
i noticed a lack of wardrobe space in my room this meant i had to leave my suitcases on the floor throughout my stay i hope this is resolved.

the rooms included air conditioning to adjust temperature there was also good quality of beds i slept wonderfully. the bathroom was spacious and had all necessary amenities the design gave off a great feeling.

the hotel location is amazing you can easily walk to all popular destinations this made exploring the area very easy. the riad is near several shops restaurants and museums adding convenience. a taxi stand nearby gives very easy access.

breakfast had lovely options there was a variety of items each day. there is a refreshing small pool available i appreciate this feature after a long day. they offer tea throughout the day a very great touch and it is free.

the staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything. they helped me with the location of attractions and gave me advice. security personnel are present at the entrance creating a secure atmosphere i felt safe at all times.

i liked that the staff provided help with transfers. The hotel has a good location close to tourist attractions. Breakfast was fresh upon arrival in the morning. They allowed us to use a clean room until our late flight.

The room had issues. The air conditioning did not function and the provided blankets seemed not properly cleaned. Breakfast in the courtyard was cold, there was no heater.
